Wilding
Based on the bestselling book by Isabella Tree, Wilding tells the story of a young couple that bets on nature for the future of their failing, four-hundred-year-old estate. The young couple dares to place the fate of their farm in the hands of nature. Ripping down the fences, they set the land back to the wild and entrust its recovery to a motley mix of animals both tame and wild. It is the beginning of a grand experiment that will become one of the most significant rewilding experiments in Europe. Film run time: 1 hour 18 minutes. View the film trailer here, https://www.youtube.com/
Doors open at 7pm, for a 7.30pm start. A bar, and tea and coffee will be available before the film and during the interval. Following the main film there is a filmed interview with Isabella Tree.
The Masonic Rooms are on Watergate, (NG34 7PG) next to the Legionnaires Club, opposite the Watergate Yard pub.

2040
Motivated by concerns about the planet his 4-year-old daughter would inherit, Damon embarked on a global journey to meet innovators and change makers in the areas of economics, technology, civil society, agriculture, education and sustainability. Drawing on their expertise, he sought to identify the best solutions, available to us now, that would help improve the health of our planet and the societies that operate within it. From marine permaculture to decentralised renewable energy projects, he discovered that people all over the world are taking matters into their own hands.
